Jenny Cooke Malstrom
I can help you navigate life’s toughest waters.
Hi there, I’m Jenny.
I believe therapy is a sacred place where we explore the tension between acceptance and change. Using evidenced-based therapies, I work with adult individuals and couples struggling with a variety of concerns, including relationship issues, intimacy and sexual health, and substance use or addiction. I also provide care for individuals and couples grappling with the effects of infertility, perinatal mental health concerns like postpartum depression and anxiety, and the transition to parenthood. I also love working with aviation professionals, including commercial airline pilots. I will understand your concerns about your medical clearance, your passion for keeping your passengers and crew safe, and your need for your own support in your life.
I work from a family-systems, strengths-based perspective to help clients get ‘unstuck,’ turn towards one another for connection, and live into their values.
