Is this supposed to be this hard?
Maybe you've been trying to get pregnant for longer than anyone warned you about, and it feels hard and unfair. Maybe the baby is finally here, you love them so much, and you're miserable - and you can't figure out why everyone else seems so much better at this than you.
Maybe you and your partner keep having the same fight. Maybe you're caring for your kids and your parents at the same time and there's nothing left over for you. Or maybe nothing dramatic happened at all. You just don't feel like yourself anymore.
Big changes don't come with an instruction manual. They come with a lot of pressure to be fine. So you minimize it. You tell yourself other people have it worse, and that you shouldn't need this much support.
You're allowed to need support. It isn't a sign you're doing life wrong. It's a completely reasonable response to a life that just changed shape.

Infertility & Family Building
You don't have to explain the acronyms to us. Whether you're newly diagnosed or on your third round at your second clinic, we help with treatment decisions, pregnancy loss, grief you may not have called grief yet and the baby shower you can't bring yourself to go to.
Couples Therapy
Using Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), we help couples see the cycle they're stuck in and find their way back to each other - through infidelity, infertility, new parenthood, sex and intimacy or the same fight on repeat.

Infertility and beyond
You just want to be a parent, and it’s not happening. The stress is all-consuming, and you are starting to forget what life before TTC was like. We help individuals and couples navigate infertility, from the decision to pursue treatment, to the decision to resolve their journey in may different ways.
Or, perhaps you’re already pregnant or parenting. You’re in the thick of such a life change, and wondering if it’s supposed to be this hard. Reach out for support! We specialize in supporting prenatal, pregnant, and postpartum individuals and their partners.
Relationships
You love one another, but keep fighting.
Disconnection between you two seems to be the norm, and you’re not sure why.
Sex is stressful, and you both are scared to admit you want better for yourselves and the relationship.
Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT) can help you and your partner reconnect, rebuild your bond, and deepen your relationship. We will work together to discover the hidden patterns that led to disconnection and explore how to re-discover that which keeps us safe, fulfilled, and loved.
Life Transitions
Finishing high school or college?
Launching into a new phase of life?
Considering retirement, or a second-half career?
Sandwiched between caretaking others and still try to care for yourself?
We help folks figure out how to weather the ever-changing tides of life. At times, stress, anxiety, and depression can accompany these milestones, and therapy provides useful tools on how to cope. Even if you’re doing ‘okay’, you still have the nagging suspicion that things could be easier. Support during these seasons is important and effective.
