Case Consultation for Every Therapist. Supervision for Associates on the Path to Licensure.

Online consultation from anywhere. Associate supervision in West Seattle, Des Moines, and online across Washington.

You're good at this work. So why do some sessions still leave you second-guessing yourself?

A client mentions her third frozen embryo transfer, and you nod like you know exactly what that means. A new mom tells you she loves her baby and is miserable, and you can't tell whether you're looking at a hard adjustment, postpartum depression, or something that needs more than you're offering. A couple escalates in session, and you watch yourself turn into a referee.

Grad school gave you a foundation. It didn't give you this.

And the support you have isn't built for it.

Maybe your supervisor is great at signing off on hours and less great at helping you figure out what to do in Tuesday's session. Maybe your consult group is kind and supportive, but nobody in it has sat with a gestational carrier, a donor-egg decision, or a couple three years into IVF.

So you do what therapists do. You read articles at night. You replay the session on the drive home. You carry it.

The stakes are real. Perinatal symptoms can shift quickly. Fertility patients often arrive after feeling dismissed elsewhere. Couples may be one rough session away from deciding therapy doesn't work. When you're unsure, it shows. You get more cautious and more generic, and your clients feel it even if they can't name it.

The hardest cases aren't the loneliest part of this job.

The loneliest part is having no one to think them through with.

You don't have to figure this out alone.

I’m Jenny.

My approach

I've been working with clients since 2015 and supervising therapists since 2023. Most of my clinical work happens where perinatal mental health, fertility, and relationships meet, so the cases that keep you up at night are the ones I see every week.

I supervise the way I do therapy: from a family-systems, strengths-based perspective, in a space where we can hold both acceptance and change. You'll get more than a signature on your hours. We'll look at how you're conceptualizing your cases, where you're getting stuck, what's being stirred up in you, and what to try next. You'll leave with a clearer head and a plan.

You don't have to arrive with a perfectly formed question. "I have a client and I'm not sure what I'm missing" is a fine place to start.
